Good case for simple use. Doesn't have a great deal of storage space.

This bag is a very good bag. This bag can hold all my goods.

To be fair, it does it’s job. I bought it more out of necessity when I didn’t have time to go anywhere else so for what’s at Best Buy, it’s ok

My son has had this for four years in college. It didn't take long not that time for one of the main zippers to jam beyond usage.

Second laptop case with this exact same brand. Great and reliable.

This is a great laptop bag if you just want to carry the computer very little storage

Not sure why it was made with such a short strap. If the strap was wider it would hold the shoulder better.

the case is to small to fit the laptop. was paired with the laptop at the time of purchase by the sales rep but after getting home and trying to use it the laptop wont fit.

Was not big enough to handle all the things I needed to put in it. Can't return it because the 15 days expired. Need to find something better.

Giving it a low rating just because of the outrageously high prices.

Purchased this back in 2016 to hold our Lenova YOGA laptop, which we constantly take everywhere. The case is stuffed full with cables, USB drives, papers and the laptop, but shows no signs of wear at all. Has done an excellent job of protecting the laptop, as it is still going strong. Only negative, is that it would be nice to be able to remove the shoulder strap, which is sewn on rather than clipped on. The strap (which we never use) is always in the way and can get tangled and hung-up if you're not mindful that its there. I should probably just cut it and sewn a couple of D rings onto the case, because its worth it.

I travel for work in the IT field, and wanted something easy to carry when I'm rolling my suitcase through the airport. I have a case with wheels for my 14" screened laptop, but it's bulky and heavy. Swissgear is one of the best brands available for all of their products, so I knew I was buying quality. The bag is light, great style, and fits my needs. The front pocket holds numerous pens, keys, notepads, even my tablet. The zipper under the pocket on the back turns it into a holding strap for the handle bars on a suitcase, zip it closed and it is a pocket for the charging cable, mouse or paperwork you need to carry with. It really is a great bag and I'm very happy with my purchase. I know it will last me years. I have taken it with me to several states in the U.S. and it has lasted well. It has no signs of wear and tear after 6 months of heavy usage.

Perfect option for the Surface Pro 4. Lightweight, nice shoulder strap, and soft padded interior.

Much cheaper than the internet. Also when you actually see the product you are deciding to purchase it makes a big difference. The quality was better than a case double the price. I looked at a Thule product. It was made so cheaply. The internet made it look fabulous. I find buying at the actual store keeps our humans employed. We still need human contact. Buy from brick and mortar stores. You will feel better about your decisions made to purchase.

Good quality product for the price. One slot for laptop and a small pocket for accessories.

I have a few other Swissgear products and they are uniformly excellent. I gave this bag 4 stars but if there were half star increments, I'd give it 4.5. The reason for the half star deduction is the strap is not detachable. I didn't notice that in the store and I don't really think that fact would have influenced me to buy another bag but it's an annoying element. As with other SwissGear products, this is very nicely constructed. The laptop compartment is very soft and plush and well padded without being bulky. The accessory compartment has two pockets, one of which fits my Microsoft Arc Mouse perfectly and the other accepts the power pack of my particular laptop very nicely. Your mileage may vary there because the power pack for my Lenovo Yoga 710 is smaller than most. I haven't tried yet but you should be able to get a portable hard drive in there as well without too much trouble. The handles are well padded. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

This is a great case for a small laptop. The laptop and power cord fit nicely in the compartments and it is not cumbersome.
