Great design, terrible quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm very fond of this style, having enjoyed almost daily use of a similar bag (Targus TANC) for 5 years. Sadly, I hate the colors on the new Targus Drifter, so I gave this a shot. The pockets and design are great, although the side pockets have such a narrow opening, they're almost pointless. However, the materials used for this bag are terrible, and I'm definitely returning it. It basically feels like it's made from cardboard; I have cheap canvas backpacks that feel more sturdy than this. At the same time, it's bulky, even when compared to the similar Targus. The material picks up everything it touches, whether it's hair or lint from a sofa. Definitely not worth the money! If this is all you can spend on a bag, and/or are in love with the design, the Targus Drifter II is way better quality...if you don't mind the colors! Otherwise, the North Face Surge seems like the best bet for this particular style of bag.

According to the employee and the available stock, none of the backpacks had the chest strap. The description on the website says that it does come with the chest strap. I’d love if someone could make this right or edit the description on the website.

So far I am very happy

My biggest problem is getting used to the different locations compared to my old one. I love the look and feel of this as it is well built and they thought a lot about us the people using it. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
