    my only complaint is the strap that goes around the handle of your luggage so you can wheel it around the terminal. After one trip, the strap managed to stretch just enough so that the backpack can shift around and slide around and to the ground. Which me I have to stop walking, readjust the backpack and then make sure I hold on to the strap looped through the handle of the luggage to keep it from falling off. There was one other backpack I saw that had a lower and an upper strap to hold on to the backpack. That would have been the better way to go!

    I wanted to love this bag and I did except for the straps. I took it on one business trip and all of the pockets were great. But unfortunately, it kept sliding off of my shoulders. It didn’t matter if I was 1 strapping it or 2 strapping it. I had to return it because of this. I ended up purchasing The North Face Router Transit backpack instead. Now that’s an awesome bag!
