They just work...very rugged, many features you don't initially appreciate, but then realize why the mfg did what they did. My first one lasted 15 years going everywhere with me, it still works fine except for a broken zipper pull and some surface wear....just decided it was time for a new one. It safely transports two laptops and a tablet, all sorts of charging paraphernalia, and all my other business needs.

Gray bag for daily use and traveling. This bag is comfortable on the back. Has a tremendous amount of pockets both inside and out. Extremely durable, highly recommended.

Bought this backpack for my son who was entering college. Backpack is sturdy and has lots of pockets to store books and supplies. Has a nice secure pocket to hold his computer, too. Very happy with this purchase.

My old jansport student pack gave up the ghost finally, so was looking around for a replacement with a laptop compartment. This fits the bill perfectly. There are many pockets, in fact many more than I know what to do with. This could be a bit bulky for daily trips to the office, but for short trips, a couple of nights at most, this can't be beat. I also like the fact that the laptop sleeve is not on the back face, but is on the front face of the back compartment. Has two nice sized water bottle holders on the side.

This backpack is large, and slightly heavy but has room for everything. I have a laptop, an iPad, some notebooks, and a lunch and they all have room in this bag. The quality of the bag is great

This is my third backpack of this same model. I travel extensively to very austere and challenging international locations that take a toll on my stuff. I do not want to look like a military wannabe. This backpack is the best non-military backpack in existence for a reasonable price. I have found what MIGHT be better backpacks but they always cost several times the price and are not laid out quite the same. Don't let the fact that I've had to replace the backpack twice turn you off. The thing is quite durable and takes a licking. I'm just extremely hard on my stuff. This is my backpack and I use hard side Samsonite luggage (that also gets killed by my travel) for my luggage. There is a reason that Swissgear has not needed to make any significant changes to this backpack model in years.

This is by far the backpack I’ve ever bought for a computer case. Very spacious and has lots of compartments to put things and padding on the straps for comfort.
