This is a replacement for the same bag purchased 6 years ago. After daily use and much travel, it had was time to freshen up . Highly recommended, quality bag.

This is a great sturdy backpack. Definitely recommend buying it. My only (very minor) complaint is that it doesn't stay up by itself. It tends to fall over forward. Oh well.

I purchased this as a replacement backpack for my significant other, as his last one saw a lot of love over the years. The size was good and fit a lot of things, had good protection for the laptop, and overall suited his travel needs. Unfortunately, the zipper pull was poorly designed and broke within the first month or so of use.

I purchased this to replace another Swiss gear backpack. I had that one for about 4 years. The new one has even more space and pockets for all of my tech gear.

I travel almost every week for my job, so I'm on a lot of airplanes. This backpack performs great. It has many storage pockets and easily fits under the seat on the plane.

This is my second synergy backpack and I use it every time I travel. Has a pocket to cover all my packing needs. I can fit my laptop, cameras, iPad, drinks, headphones and many other items. This backpack is well made and will last you a long time. I had my first one for 7 years before the handle started to come apart and the backpack is fine, but my company let me chargeback a new one. I also got it for a great price on sale!

Bought this bag to replace one that was stolen. It's the exact same as the one I had before. The first one was so great, had to get the same one to replace.

The backpack design is deceiving = the storage capacity is not evident until you fill it up. Good value.
