The design of the backpack is outstanding, excellent storage designs, from secure pockets to cellphone pocket to split literature pocket to laptop secure padded pocket. BUT, within 4 weeks of buying it, one of the breather grommets just popped off. Hopefully Best Buy and Swiss Army will stand behind it.

This laptop pack has everything you could want for your laptop and then some! Its great for lugging all my laptop/phone/ necessities around even on the road for work!

I was worried this bag may have been a tad too big for TSA, but nope. Perfect size even when it is over packed.

Fits well, solid base does not drag on my back, overall comfortable and seems durable

I love the Army Swiss backpacks. This is my 2nd bag. My first one lasted 9 years and is still in really good shape. I just wanted a 2nd bag

I like the Swiss Gear and I like this bag, but it may be overkill. I bought it because of the pocket options, but in reality, I find it hard to find where I've put stuff. It may be too deep as well. Stuff falls to the bottom. I love the arrangement of here pockets and found it better than others in its same price range.

I hate getting new luggage - I travel a lot, so i get very used to where everything is and it really helps me get though security quickly and make sure I don't leave things behind. I bought this bag with a bit of dread, but my old one had finally died after a couple million miles. I was able to find space for everything, and even prefer the arrangements on this bag. The best feature is that it stands upright on its own, so it's much more convenient to pull things out without other things falling out or flopping around. There are two water bottle holders on the side, and they also work well for a small travel umbrella. A convenient little pocket on the very top is good for passport, keys - all the things you have to grab fast while you're on the go. All in all I am pleased. I kept my old bag just in case I hated this one, but it's so convenient and attractive I won't be going back.

Very tough and functional. Thinking my college daughter should get several years out of it.

Love this backpack. I needed a new one as my old one is too large and bulky for travel. This was great, I fit so much stuff in it, plus it is so comfortable to wear around.

Comfortable carry through the busiest airports, exhaustive number of pockets of all shapes and sizes and a well built handle that will hold up over time. Very satisfied!
