The size is perfect and not to small.

She originally wanted the coral colored Switch Lite but it was unavailable. Instead, I bought her the gray and she loves it! The color is very neutral and not too overwhelming like the coral may have been. She plays on it constantly. The smaller system is easier to carry around than the original Switch that my brother has. I highly recommend this item for all ages!
