System works, design fails

The internal system works great, however, On the drive out the secondary screen’s plastic loop that holds the woven strap broke off and we could no longer strap it to the seat back. On the way home the same thing happened to the primary screen as well. For the price, this is disappointing as they aren’t very useful anymore in the car which was our purpose for purchasing them.
