Eventually returned for a full refund. Would not recommend

Worked really good for 2 weeks and then it stopped playing the movies

Very sad to say my film was useless all Pictures came out white with no images

Have to give a star or would be 0. Kids christmas presents. 2 months and 4 sets later they still work only when they want. 1st set blue screen. 2nd set broken reader. 3rd set high pitch noise only 4th set works sometimes and other times don't. Spend the extra money and get the Insignia.

Was looking for portable dvd for my two little ones cause they like to watch movies while going on long drives, when I got them home from the store I plugged them in and issues from the start screen was scratched and was making a lot of noise so I returned them for a different brand.

We bought these to replace our old beat up ones. I was looking forward to these while on family trips but they were far worse than the last models. The CD player is upside down now making it very difficult for it to read the discs inserted. Much lagging and skipping!

Don't waste your money! Only one screen can be watched per movie... we were trying to watch a movie on our family roadtrip and the battery life on one of the screens is horrible! and the other one has to be plugged on to work... there were wires everywhere

Used the DVD players twice and the screen went out.

We returned, we didn't care for product right now.

Worked for about a month then quit playing disc. And best but only has 15 day return policy, and Sylvania makes it such a pain in the neck to get it fixed under the factory warranty that its like i took the $120 and threw it out the window

These are horrible. The port where you plug the second screen into broke after 1 hour of use, Just randomly popped out while the kids were watching.

Piece of junk. Used it a few times and then the connection broke off. Opened it up to see if I can connect it back and they made it so complicating to open, that I ended up throwing it away.

I'm so glad I had the warranty because I returned this after only a few uses. I got the same one again and it broke again. The quality is just poor and not kid friendly. I finally upgraded to a better item.

Purchased 3/27/19 and as of August of this year the product no longer works. Also will say that utilizing for kids was inconvenient given all the cords necessary to link the screens together.

This is our 4th set of headrest tv’s. None of them last for even one long car trip. This set is no exception. It will be going back to the store. It says it is open when it’s not and will not play.

Easy to install, unfortunately, didn't try before the trip. Was only able to view from 1 unit, the second unit just illuminated a blue screen. Returned item once we returned from our vacation.

This product has too many cables going through one screen to the next. The sound is terrible. My children do not get entertain very long. POOR QUALITY/DESIGN!!! Definitely not worth the $160.00

I didn't have this player 10 days when it just quit working. I will not buy this brand again. I returned it and got the Insignia Portable DVD players. It is amazing.

This is my third set under warranty. None have lasted more than 8 months. The current set already needs to be replaced. It’s been less than 1 month since I purchased them

My unit hasn't even lasted a month. The picture is blue and of course it is passed the return time.
