Product broke after the first use! The port for the charger came out. Poorly made.

We didn’t like these. Both tv showed the same money. Kids didn’t like tgat

Worked good for a couple of weeks but started messing up and pausing now.

Such cheap material is definitely not built to last. If you buy get protection plan

Second screen cuts in and out, you have to unplug and re-plug until it catches.

The picture is awesome, has separate volumes for each screen, easy to use. Only thing that can be a pain is the straps, but it's still totally worth the money in my opinion.

Spent an hour wrestling with the straps to try and get them to stay on the headrests, but there's no way they'll work - I followed the instructions very carefully too. Resorted to taping the straps so they didn't slide off. Then went to plug in the power cord and it's really short - can't reach any of the outlets in the car, so the entire thing is useless. Then realized it didn't come with a video cable anyway, so I couldn't use it regardless. Absolutely horrible design. Sad part is, this unit was to replace an older one we had that wasn't working anymore, and my 10 year old son bought this for our family with a gift card he earned through Cub Scouts. Very upsetting having to explain to him it won't work and we have to take it back.

Bought in May of this year. Worked for a while but had trouble loading new DVD's one day and would load them the next. Now has stopped working entirely and just is stuck on loading screen. Straps that hold the screen on the head rest are cheap and will not stay tight causing the screens to slide off the back of headrests frequently. With a 15 day return policy I'll not buy anymore from Best Buy. Very disappointing.

After a month, they only would play certain DVDs even if the DVD was brand new. Skips constantly. Only works a 3rd of the time. Very disappointed as we paid 120.00.

Let me just start by saying we've only had these DVD players for about 6 months. They were a Christmas gift for my kids from their grandparent. At first j thought these are going to be great! They have a remote that comes with them and the setup was pretty easy. But after about 2 months the little plastic piece that holds the strap broke and I thought no big deal I'll super glue it. Then the other ones started to break so we had to figure a way to hold the DVD players up without anything to attach the strap to... we had problems with the second one getting a connection at times and now the A/V plug in on the actual DVD player broke and went inside the player so there is no way to have a connection. Now the screen has come completely unglued from the second player. These are cheaply made I dont recommend buying them.

The DVD player is of bad quality. It stopped reading the DVDs 2 months after the purchase. Best Buy Geek squad couldn't figure out what was the problem and referred me to Sylvania. Will see how it goes. This shows that Best Buy 2-week return policy is flawed. Another store would have exchanged the product on the spot. Because of this, I will never purchase anything from Best Buy any more.

First of all these DVD players are only warranted for 90 days and no where on the box, nor on the manual is this written. I purchased one for my grandchildren in September 2016 for a Christmas present, which was installed until after Christmas. They worked ONE DAY and the ghost DVD didn't have any sound or picture. Called the manufacturing company and their reply via email I was refered to a local company to have it repaired. So they want me to spend more money on a product that your not even sure will not quit again after ONE USE! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. BUY ANOTHER RELIABLE PRODUCT. The is the LAST PRODUCT I WILL PURCHASE WITH THE NAME OF SLYVANIA.. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER...

I wish I could give this less than 1 star. This is the worst electronic device I have ever owned. I purchased this for my son’s birthday and it worked for about 6 months. I cleaned it regularly yet about 5 months in it started skipping any dvd we had, we purchased a new movie and it skipped the entire time that played as well. After that it just stopped turning on altogether. I contacted the company SYLVANIA, who makes the product and they do not even have a way to speak to customer service on the phone, only email. They sent me an email saying they only warrant their products for 90 days so they wouldn’t do anything. Horrible product, horrible customer service.
