Bought this DVD player to replace one 15 years old. The old one was much slimmer and had much better sound. This item has cheap cables to attach to the tv. I tried to use better ones to improve the sound when I used the tv but they didn't fit. Another issue is that this one warns about overcharging the battery, so if you want to use it with a tv you have to unplug it between uses. I picked up what the store had. Do research and get a better player.

Good construction, use and instructions are clear and easy. Sound and screen clarity is great. Would recommend.

Was watching a movie, halfway through it, the DVD player froze up and stopped working completely. I put in another movie, and it wouldn't even get to the main menu before it tried to re-load the movie. Total waste of money!!

I purchased this unit for a road trip from Austin to Milwaukee, and it worked perfectly the entire trip.

If you are wanting a DVD player for the car this is a must have pair it with a seat holder and you are set!

We bought this as a Christmas gift for our 4 year old. The first time we went to use it was on a 3 hour trip. It played through the previews fine, but when it went to play the movie it kept freezing. We tried leaving it to charge as we drove. Still didn't work. When we got back home we plugged it in to the wall, and still no luck. Returned the next day.

It was just what I wanted and the nice salsperson suggested it to me, and it was just what I wanted.

Buy this DVD player to keep the 2 kids traveling with us occupied with what they want to see. Well the volume kept going in and out and we could never get it to work correctly, even after we changed dvds. Dis appointed!!

This purchase was great for traveling with my 8 year old and it came with the charger for the car already.

Bought for drive to Florida, kept shutting itself off for no reason and screen is hard to see in daylight and had no volumn to it.

There was a problem with the volume in the unit, we couldn't hear the dialogue. The background music & other noises were clear but when a character spoke it was too soft to understand what they were saying. Tried all different settings & dvds to no avail so we returned it to Best Buy. Disappointing - bought it for a road trip and couldn't use.

Works well for study courses. Instructions are more for those who are more familiar with current tech.

The built in speakers are not loud enough to hear while riding in a car. This is not an issue if you plan to use headphones, but you can't have many people gathered around in this case. Otherwise, operates as expected.

The product I purchased was a DVD player, what I like best is the screen moves and great clarity.

Has worked well for both my kids. Have used it numerous times for road trips

Great, BEST BUY customer sales staff in store. DVD works excellent and certainly is priced right.

So far so good on the DVD player. Only thing that could make it better was if it did Blu Ray too.
