Low quality sound, insufficient volume, does remember location last played upon resuming viewing

I wasn’t too impressed with this. It was a bit too flimsy for my liking.

Has limitations. Wont read most of the formats for Videos. Good for pictures and songs. It is little slow to read from USB and SD Card. Dvd drives also plays limited formats. Pros - Very convenient since it has USB and SD Card readers in addition to DVD player.

I had a Phillip before its was better made for the same price it's cheaply made

Speakers are low quality. You have to buy headphones to really hear anything.

I ordered this online as a gift for my mom. The player wouldn't play any DVDs. I exchanged it in the store for a new one and had the same issue with the second one. Returned it and bought a different brand.

I'm not afraid to pay more for quality but this item was really poor. There was a low hum when listening to these low grade speakers of the device which was distracting enough to everyone that we returned this item. In addition, the design does not feature a TOP MENU button on the device, so you can't go to MENU of the DVD without the remote control. Really? Maybe I missed it, I just thought all my years of owning DVD players would make that task simple.. but we gave up.

We bought this for my son. At first it played ok, although the picture quality was terrible. No matter what we did, the color was always off. Then just a month later, and we only used it once or twice before then, the lid wouldn't shut securely. It closes, but it does close tightly like it first did. As a result the dvd would not play. We are going to return this and get our money back - we don't think it's even worth getting a replacement because we think the same problems will happen over and over again.

Nice DVD player with USB and SD card readers but wont read many video formats. Also DVD drive will read only few formats.

The disc lid cover broke so to watch a movie we had to hold the lid. This all happened within a few hours of purchase.

it played all the vidieos however the speakers are almost not existent if you wanna hear it you have to buy earphones and if you car noise is a little loud you still may not be able to hear it

I bought this for our 17 hour road trip and it did it's job but unfortunately after just the ONE trip we'll be forced to replace it. The car charger has broken (no fault of ours, it's simply cheap construction), and the headphone jack has broken off (the kids removed their headphones from the jack and it broke simply from the removal), so we're not able to use headphones with it, rendering it useless for roadtrips from now on. It will be fine to use at home, but that wasn't what I purchased it for. I'm very disappointed with the quality of this item.

This product feels hollow and cheap in the hands. The old Sony DVD player, which was discontinued, was solid and sturdy. There is a very important button missing...the MENU button. I realize that most people have moved beyond DVD players, but we have a whole collection, so it's nice to take a player on a road trip, a plane, or anywhere else the kids can watch a movie.

I bought this DVD player for my 16-month-old to watch in the vehicle. Car rides have been less than fun, and I was hoping that a DVD player would help change that. Needless to say the fun didn't last very long. We had the DVD player for about a week before it quit working. Now I have to return it, and go to the hassle of exchanging it for a new one.
