Pretty cheap plastic. I liked the swivel screen but it just didn't seem like it would hold up.

After putting in My SSI# and other secure things on the computer bought just a few says before, I discovered that the disc player was faulty and put in poorly and could not be used.

We purchased this unit for our son to use while he is rear facing. We had the unit JUST 90 days and the port for the charger broke. Although we understand Best Buy does not cover it we had thought the manufacturer would. We get nothing but the run around when contacting them directly. This has been going on for over a month and every time we call they say they are "working" on it. I will never buy another Sylvania product or recommend them.

Planning to return it to Best Buy tomorrow. Cannot get picture on DVD. I can get sound, but no picture

I purchased this product due to a review I read but unfortunately it did not live up to that review. My fiancée also bought the same product as we were traveling to California and like different movies. You could not hear the movies on the airplane which was disappointing!! Also one of the players stopped working and both were charged for the same amount of time. Very disappointed as well as frustrated with this product

The screen isn't very durable as with a slight fall of under 3 feet, the screen cracked.

This DVD player is wonderful to take on road trips! Sure did keep our 4 yr old occupied

Purchased it for use during our long drive to a vacation spot. Price was $120, but was on sale $85. Pleased with prices However, we were disappointed that the screen brightness was very poor. Additionally, the audio quality was an issue - we couldn’t hear the movie. Best Buy is my favorite store! It’s unlike them to sell poor quality products. Probably should have returned it for refund.

The sound it's good but the pictures look so blurry

Easy to deploy to kids. Not a sophisticated product but price was right

I bought this for my son's birthday. I purchased it 10/16/16 and on 11/18/16 when he slid the button to open door the door came completely off. It also makes a lot of noise while in operation. I am very disappointed.

DVD player did not last long and did not work with ac/dc connection

I bought this item last minute before our family vacation and it lasted maybe a week! It worked fine and just all of a sudden stopped working! I don't recommend this product! By the time we made it home from vacation my 16 day return was up so I couldn't exchange this item for a better one! DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

First DVD played just fine but the second one I watched was impossible to hear the dialogue or the music. I was watching them both on a flight across country while wearing Bose headphones. Second problem the remote did not function at all. (I used a battery tester to be sure the batteries were fully charged.)

Not worth the money—poor quality. Not as great as Sony

I have many Broadway musical DVDs that I have purchased online. I was told by different salespeople and the Geek Squad that these DVDs were probably pirated and therefore did not play on this DVD player. Obviously the newer players are more sensitive and do not recognize these dvds.

The Sony portable DVD player is a much bettter product

Worked just long enough to get past the period of time where I could return it to the store. Still covered by manufacture warranty. This does not do you much good when you are on vacation and it stops working. Not pleased with the quality of this product.
