The young lady that helped me was very informative. She knew all the different brands and the good and bad points of them all. I informed her what I needed them for and she recommended this DVD player set. It wasn't the cheapest but I admired her knowledge of the products and took her advice and everyone is very happy with Papaw's surprise.
