For the price, I wanted it to be more durable. We travel and using this on roadtrips with the kids I wanted to make sure this could withstand the jolts of the car ride. Overall it did. But was hoping the quality of the product would be a little better for the price.

Doesn't work when cold. Make sure you bring it inside.

It does what its function is but it has many wires

Does not work with forward and rear facing car seats. Worked when tested in the house but fuse blew when used in the car before I even turned the power on. Returned and got a different one for double but w a y worth the extra money.

Had to return after two weeks. Player would not read movies. Gonna give them another shot. Hope this new set works better than the first.

First initial thought was pleasant, however soon found out that all was not well. The connection between the master and slave was weak. I had to adjust the connection several times so both screens could play. If I hit a bump our my kid bumped it, it would lose both sound and visual. Next when searching for chapters the master froze and would not find the chapter. I tried using both the main menu chapter selection and the forward chapter button, both unsuccessful. Do not buy especially with only 15 day return policy best buy has.

I wasn't to pleased , bought this for my granddaughters to use during our trip to myrtle beach and only one screen worked.. wasn't to happy about that, and they weren't either..

I rated it a 2/3. The hookup is weird. They should be facing each other but they are on opposite sides. And makes it difficult to stretch the cords. The sound isn't very loud

Strap brackets are really weak one broke less than 30 min from time of installation. The strap wasn't to tight. Only tight enough to hold the screen in viewing position. We were on a trip withe our grandsons. I stopped bought Velcro tape to hold it in place. Just a few short miles later the othe side gave way. He had to hold it in his hands to be able to watc the movie. I would not recommend this product to anyone, it wasn't abused or installed wrong just a very weak point in the mounting system.

This was not the product I expected. It wouldn't work in my car which defeated the purpose of a portable DVD Player.

I was disappointed with the product that I received. When I went on a road trip this week, my son was using this portable DVD player to watch some movies. The car just moved slightly, and the whole band broke. He had to hold the T.V the whole time, which was extremely uncomfortable for him. This product has very cheap quality, and I expect better products from Sylvania If I continually receive this types of product I will have to think twice before buying.

I bought this product mainly because it has capacity to play from USB. I am never able to play movies from USB. :(.

Screens are very sensitive, used one time and one of screens is ruined by unknown reasons... lost money on that still able to use the second screen alone

This product was just okay didn’t stay attached to seat very well as a result it broke and had to be returned more than once

They broke the 3rd day we had them. From the moment we took them out of the box they would skip every few seconds while watching a movie.

Just 1 day working and stop reading DVDs, try different disc and same think...

Exchanged twice for failure to work within the first week. Not happy at all and wouldn't recommend

This was supposed have been a dual screen system it came with one monitor, a carry case, two headrest mounts, a connection to connect to a tv, a a/c power cord and the cables to connect to the other monitor. This was a replacement for another that I bought that had quit working after two uses. Missing second monitor and D/C power cord for a vehicle.

I purchased this in March of 2017. It is not used daily or abused. It is fixed to the headrest in our van. Today it stopped working and sylvania only has a 90 day parts and labor warranty. It's cheaper to buy a replacement than have them fix the player. 90 day warranty is horrible.Way to stand behind your product Sylvania!

Turned on and it worked great, then realized that it was a huge line in the screen.
