I've been a best buy card holder/member for around 30 years and this could be the worst experience I've ever had. 1. I'm a plus member who lives on the central east coast. Order placed on Oct 12th with home delivery scheduled for Oct 16th; which was faster by 3 days and store pickup. Get notification night before scheduled delivery that order is delayed with FedEx. Tracking info shows TV moved between 3 FedEx locations in the Los Angeles area between Oct 14th - 16th and those locations were 25 miles from each other. So bounced between neighboring locations instead of going eastbound. TV arrived at my home on Oct 21st; 9 days after ordering and let it be known that I could have purchased this TV from Amazon and received it the next day for free. 2. TV was actually package well. I unboxed the TV, turned on to make sure it worked and completed setup. Here's where things get interesting. There's no stand/feet option with this television so it must be mounted. 3 of the 4 threaded mounting holes were damaged and wouldn't allow the screws to be inserted. You could clearly see the damage to the threads when shining a flashlight in the mounting holes. This would have happened on the assembly line when tv was constructed. Essentially the TV was USELESS! 3. When I made this purchase I used $50 in rewards that were a promo bonus from a member offer on a recent purchase of something else. That bonus reward was only available to use for a limited time so when I returned the TV, I did not get that $50 value back. So i essentially missed out on using that $50 promo reward because I purchased a defective TV.

Though I have not hooked up the TV outside yet I did hook it up in my sun room. It works as expected and I am please with it.
