I brought this grill off a deal today gone tomorrow ad. It has preformed well. I hope I can get another deal, to give as a Christmas present. I love the pre programed functions. This takes out the guess work when selecting the doness of meats. I recommend this product.

Bought on spur of the moment, never used as wife rather use stove. Gave to my 20 yr old grandson, who had just gotten his 1st apt., he loved it, cooked multiple meals with varity of options to whatever his creative mind desired.

This works great for inside, I usually grille outside on my Weber but when it's winter time this does an outstanding job on steaks and burgers.

Do not work - directions said to preheat, wait for flashing purple light. ( 4 - 7 min) I waited 30 min and I only get a blue light .

This girl was a great idea when it came out. now lots of brands do the same thing, but not as good as this one. the bad thing is it looses calibration quite often. you have to look on you tube to see how to recalibrate it, and it looses it again.

I returned the grill. It didn't cook as nicely as I expected it to.

Nothing can be easier that making great food just the way you want it with this grill. I literally cooked pieces of totally frozen steak and fish (which would never go well on any other electric grill) with this and they turned out perfectly! The gauge of rareness is a big relief as well for people like me who are paranoid about how under cooked or too rare their cuts or meat may be. I highly recommend this to all indoor grillers, but even more so those who hate having to keep an careful on food since the chimes the grill produces at each stage of 'rareness' make it easy to work on other things in the kitchen at the same time.

I just used this grill making burgers and it did an excellent job! The cooking indicator light is a fantastic idea, I wanted my burgers cooked medium well and they came out perfectly- cooked through and yet juicy. Another surprise was the lack of grease splattering- I only had to clean the cooking plates and the grease tray, I just wiped them off and put them in the dishwasher. It can't match my Weber gas grill but for an electric grill it gave great results and I won't have to cook outside on those 25 degree days! I highly recommend this grill. One last thing- Best Buy had the best price!

It only worked once for me then it kept switching to manual mode. I wish I never bought this!

I love this smart grill. I've cooked everything included frozen items and it works exactly as advertised. Now I can get steaks and chicken done perfect every time. It is genius.

I watched the infomercial for this multiple times. I went to a competitor that had this in store so I could see what it looks like before I purchase.I chose Best Buy cause there was a coupon out and lowest price. I love the grill marks it puts on the food, no more stabbing something with thermometers to see if its the correct temperature. I love the cooking from frozen feature.

This grill is an amazing kitchen appliance. What's for dinner? A question raised in many families when it's almost time to eat. With this it's not a problem that everything is frozen. Just put the meat in and tell it that you want the steak medium. The grill thaws it, then cooks it as ordered - both sides. I have wanted one for a while but wasn't ready to pay retail. What a sale price Best Buy just offered! Now I have one!

The T-Fal OptiGrill is a wonderful marvel of technology. It is easy to use with preprogrammed cooking times that take into account the thickness of the food. Steaks are cooked to the desired degree of "doneness". Other foods are cooked perfectly, but are still juicy. The cooking plates are easily removed and can be placed in the dishwasher. I haven't had the grill long enough to speak of its durability. The grill is kind of boxy and can be difficult to move around.

Sorry. I love Best Buy but this grill sucks. The beeper never worked. Preheat took too long. Cooking took twice as long as my George Foreman, which costs one-sixth as much. Advice not to lift the lid while cooking is ridiculous. Cooking with the colored lights is cute but unnecessary. Cleaning the plates with a sponge is difficult because the grooves are too deep. I returned it to the store.
