I never got the email ive looked in all my folders i need a refund

I never got the email with the code so I couldn’t use the card. It also can only be used for prepaid not post-paid accounts

T-Mobile Refill Code Tried this for the first time. Worked great. was also able to use my bestbuy points. emailed me code in 2 hrs time after payment. updated refill code online at tmobile website. took 24 hrs for see in account.

This CAN’T be used on a post pay account aka if you have a monthly bill that you don’t have to pay that exact day or you’ll be turned off. This is ONLY for PRE PAY ACCOUNTS. So be very careful who you’re getting this for!

Definitely not "immediate delivery". False advertisement, needed this instantly and it's been over an hour with nothing.

There's something wrong with the Bestbuy Digital Delivery department lately. I haven't been getting any digital delivery codes. The same goes for video game digital codes but you can call them up and they can give you that over the phone. But you cannot get the PIN over the phone with this product. Save yourself the hassle and purchase this in-store or somewhere else.

Immediate Delivery is a subjective term email states: Downloads are usually available within 30 minutes of order placement but could take longer for certain items Best Buy is aware how long it takes to email customer. Have your IT team estimate average and put in listing. Please don't mislead people. It's quicker to purchase refill card in store versus waiting on digital delivery. Other retailers stock refill card in store as well. You can self-check at several other retailers versus waiting in line. It's 2021 and it seems this would be a non issue. However, the walk in customer gets it quicker. I'd say a big talk with your technology team should take place immediately and have staff pull metrics. You'll clearly see issues with this process. This is a FAIL

It is not immediate so that's a lie. The only thing you get immediately is a confirmation email you do not get the actual code immediately

Im an international that has prepaid service. I ordered this as it said Immidiate delivery. 24 hours later, still nothing. Was stranded at O’hare because of this.
