Way to go Best Buy

I was pleasantly surprised when I got an email from Best Buy reminding me about using it and asking me if I needed assistance.. I found that that was a great personal touch and fantastic customer service. Keep it up Best Buy!

Cheap, Fast, Easy & Works Well!

Refilling my account was super-easy & service was available immediately afterward. It would be nice if Best Buy stocked some of these by to the cash registers, in addition to those in the prepaid phone section.

However, when I went to buy another a few days ago, they were very oddly, completely all out of every dollar amount of T-Mobile cards. I asked a Best Buy associate, she told me Best Buy is no longer carrying T-Mobile prepaid cards.
