    Sim card works for existing lines or new lines; however, if it's an existing line you may need to call to set it up. The staff was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and set up my new phone. It's sold for $20 at the T-mobile store so this is definitely the way to go.

    I have had problems with the internet and receiving calls. I blame tmobile and not best buy. I have had to call 611 for help.
