I bought this SIM card to my cousin, from her experience, she said following the instruction was quite a bit confusing. It should be easy as 1,2,3, but not in her experience, she call customer service few times and had to wait two days until the SIM card start working.

A regular sim card just like the ones t-mobile gives

Service is horrible in Omaha, practically never got internet indoors. Otherwise, the data free music streaming was good. Only reason I got it. But off it cut out all the time.

memory card was missing from package when it arrived. after i got another to activate my phone, product works as it should.

I just used it for internet, but it seems to not work very well in the winter garden area :/

The starter kit isn't as good as it looks, my suggestion would be to go straight to the T-Mobile store. Reason being is we bought the starter kit, then we took it to the T-Mobile store to find out they aren't able to activate the sim. So we had to go home and do it. When we did our self it took an hour out of our day.

Nice product but are not too many available plans in tmobile prepaid

This is a good T Mobile card if you are a T Mobile post paid customer. I bought it for an unlocked phone and for pre-paid service to use internationally. Here's what I wish I had known before purchasing: 1) the pre-paid service costs $3/month 2) If you allow your balance to reach zero, the card deactivates after 90 days and cannot be used after that. 3) Per minute international calling is $2 -- both to a foreign country from USA or dialing a USA number from overseas. The setup for this card is best done online. The adaptors are black frames you press the sim card into and slide into your phone.

As explained this sim would be activated on a new line with a new account. T-mobile would not activate this sim on a new account. T-mobile said only their sim could activate new account. Not trying to make money bc there was no charge for their sim.

Limited signal, slow data. Looking to change to AT&T.

After I opened my package at home. The SIM card was missing from the package. Someone stoled the SIM card from inside the package and put it back on the rack. Be careful next time. Make sure you opened the package in front of the cashier .

I bought this sim card for a CAT S50 phone. The associate assured me this was the best service provider& it would work for my phone. However it did not. Thanks Best Buy for wasting my time&money buying this item.

T-Mobile said SIM was not able to be activated, something about not being scanned by Best Buy before it was mailed to me. I had to return for refund.

I purchase this kit replace my SIM card. T-mobile says it is cold status can not activate. Contact store. In store they don't know what to do

I purchased few of them when it's $5 at local BB store. You don't have to use it for new line, but you can keep few of them as spare. It is recommended to have one extra for each line in case of the SIM stopped working or lost your phone. On top of that, it comes with two adapters and the SIM itself is nano SIM (iPhone 5/5s/6/6+/6s/6s+), so if you have a new phone requires nano SIM, this is a great replacement and save you few bucks to do it at T-Mobile corp store (you can do it online as long as you have my t-mobile account). This is a must if you have T-Mobile number.
