Good buy for a entrey level smart phone that can take a beating and still work fine.

Nice phone, but then it just stopped working. The phone wouldn't turn off, because the unlock button just stopped. I've only had it a month, and I can't return it as I will not be back to the US for a while. Also, if you're used to an iphone, the auto text is not as smart.

thought this would be a good replacement for my flip phone. much more complicated to use. i get a lot more false dialings when searching through contacts. texting is faster but buttons are smaller. it also doesn't appear to have as strong of an antenna as my old flip phone.

it suits my needs this was a replacement for one that took a dive into a bucket.

I need a quick replacement phone for my prepaid T-Mobile account, found this one affordable with all the basic items as compared to the more expensive models. Plugged in my sim card from my old phone and up and running in a few minutes.

I just use this to talk and text nothing fancy good for basic use

The phone is good for the beginners who wants to learn how to use android phones. But before the one month warranty ends, they should return the unit to the Store because that's when problems in using the phone starts.

This phone seemed great! It was easy to use! After 12 days it just stopped cold and did NOT work. Best Buy checked the battery and tried to use it! The phone was DEAD! It would not respond! Thankfully Best Buy refunded my money because it was within 14 days! But, I did NOT get a $30 refund for the T Mobile minutes that I had purchased for this phone. I have sent them a letter explaining what happened!

Simple android phone without the fancy stuff. Comes only in one color. The camera takes dull pics

I bought this phone and had to exchange it the next day because the internal speaker did not work. I have to constantly turn the phone on and off and/or pull the battery to get it to work. I have to do this numerous times on frequent occasions just to make a call or get the messages that have been sent to me. I would not recommend this car to anyone.

Can't say enough good about this phone,does pretty much everything waaaay more expensive phone do,but at a great price.

It has been a good phone the only problem is the screen has froze up a couple of times have to remove battery to get it to work again

Cheaper phones are better, not satisfied with phone quality. Nokia is a better phone, glad i didn't buy this phone directly from T-Mobile
