    I used this as my wifi in the car while long driving. So my kids will not get bored and connect their tablets. I only load my account to t mobile only if i have a trip. So, there is no string attached, no monthly payments....

    I bought the hotspot because I travel a lot and wi-fi can be expensive at some hotels and motels. Also, the free wi-fi offered at other places doesn't always work that well. When I travel, I prepay T-Mobile for the time I'll be on the road, then I don't have to depend on the wi-fi furnished by the facilities. Each time I've used the hotspot I've been able to easily connect up my devices and service has been fast and effective. Haven't tried it out in rural locations where service may be sparse, but for the places I've gone so far, it's worked perfectly.
