I really needed the internet, but does not have a strong connection. So my internet connection was slow.

I had to return the product because according to T Mobile it shouldnt even been available for purchase because it no longer meets the new tower upgrades and that I would need to purchase the new one that is over 100 dollars. So I still havent purchased a new one and lost the 60 dollars worth of data that i put on it.

The quality of the product was bad. T- Monile's customer service was terrible and had a hard time activating the product. Once activated the product worked well for a few days. I had bought it so that my daughter who is a college student could use it, but it was a waste of money.

For people who only have tablets or laptops this is good.

The product is fine but you cannot get any service from T-Mobile at all. Would not recommend that anyone buy this as the purching of data is extremely expensive and so hard to get on their web site.

Great speed and connection, easy to track usage with email alerts and online reports

This little guy gets signal even when my Tmobile cell phone won't. A little confusing to set up but worth it.

Works surprisingly well. Decent product. Would buy for less than$50. Decent range. Can be in next room signal still decent.

I got the dreaded notice that my hotspot was being cancelled, and this unit fit the bill.

it is one of the cheapest hotspots, but i have used several of these and the more expensive ones, are really worth the extra money. this one always problems connecting just to get started

Sunday, October 30, 2016 I purchased this T-Mobile Hot Spot about 1-month ago, and so far, it has done a "really good job". My only complaint is that there is no "running display" (of how much data you're using) . . . while you're using it. You have to continually go onto the T-Mobile website to see "how much data you have used" (and what you have left) !!! Other than that . . . for the price I paid . . . it does a "good job" !!!

ZTE - T-Mobile 4G No-Contract Mobile Hotspot is a great buy. I got it 30 days age from Best Buy with T-mobile Refill cards and so far so good. It has good signal strength and battery life. No complaint.

I bought this for my senior daughter to use so she always have a hot spot for her iPad and it works GREAT!

Me and my friends love this hotspot the gigs are not enough tho someone should do something about that
