The Geek Squad did a great job installing the glass screen protector I purchased at BB on my iPad Pro. Highly recommended.

The product is fine. After waiting in line for awhile, a young man came up to take care of me. It took him at least 9 tries and he kept talking to a young co-worker. I finally asked that they stop talking and finish the job. They were both embarrassed. I explained to them that I am in customer-service and if I stopped what I was doing to turn around and chat about non-work items, i would be fired. I don't want them fired, but they just didn't seem to get the concept of doing your job and if it takes 9 tries, then perhaps they should pay attention. I always have a great experience at Best Buy - this was just not one of them.

Very nice to have these placed correctly with no bubbles or creases. Wouldn't want to do it myself and risk doing it incorrectly.

I have tried installing it before myself and it was a distaster. Best to have Best Buy do it and save yourself some agony.

I had the geek squad person install my P Pad Pro screen protection/cover. I did not want to try it. He did a great job.
