I have never been disappointed by the Geek Squad! They have always answered my questions and done a great job!

I waited and noone even asked if I needed help. Seeing the store manager talking to another employee, I asked him for some help. He said he'd send someone right over. I waited 10 more minutes, when noone showed up, I decided to do my own research and decided to buy the TP-link wifi router anyway. I wouldn't rely on employees yet alone the store manager.

She took awhile to install cause she had to keep opening new shields because the batch was bad. most of them were scratched right from the package.
