First of all, the Geek Squad in my area was not very informative of the fact that this service was going to cost me money. (I ended up not paying for this service after I found out so I'm not sure why I got asked to review it but I'm kinda glad I get to vent about this). I was simply asked, "Would you like us to install your shield for you? Our guys do a pretty good job at getting all the bubbles out." So of course I say, "Sure". After they hand my product to the Squad, they are instructed by the sales woman who sold the product to me, to install the shield on my tablet. The three GS employees (who are not assisting any other customers) exchange uninterested glances at each other and argue about who is going to put it on. Without greeting me the one at the register begins to type right in front of me without acknowledging me at all. 10 minutes go bye and I finally ask if they are going to start putting my shield on, and he responds with, "I'm just getting you setup in the system so that we can get the appropriate commission for our service to you." He begins requesting information from me (address, name, phone number, etc.) and goes to the other employee behind him and asks if he will put on the shield and he responds with, "I am not putting on that shield, you do it"... At this point I have been waiting for what feels like 15-20 mins and the shield is still in its packaging. I ask if I am paying for this service and he replies saying I purchased it already and when I see the receipt it shows 'Zagg Shield Installation....... $15.99' I am appalled at the price and request to get a refund immediately. The employee almost looked relieved that they did not have to perform this task and refunded me without hesitation. I was very disappointed with the way that particular location handled things and will not be requesting any assistance from them in the future for my Tech needs.

Fantastic service at Best Buy Marin City... as always. I will continue to be a Premier Silver member, and buy all my electronics from them.

Tech guys installed my screen shield with no issues and did so professionally. This screen has protected my Surface from many scratches, especially since it has been used by 3 different people.

The Best Buy Geek Squad application of our iPad screen protector was totally worth the money because it was so easy

It was quick, easy, and painless even without haven't an appointment. The whole process took about 30 minutes.

Because of the complicated nature of the installation, it's nice to have someone to install the screen protector. However, the entire process took about 5 minutes and, if I recall correctly, cost about $15.

Always pleased with the service at Best Buy. Perfect installation by someone who knows what they are doing.
