I have been an avid believer in Geek Squad for over a year now and I cannot imagine buying a product without Geek Squad protection

The guy that installed my iPad shield did a great job. He was very friendly & helpful. Love the shield.

Professional installation. No dust or specks under the protective glass. Aligned perfectly.

I was very happy to have the Geek Squad install the shield on my tablet instead of me trying to do it myself and not leave bubbles.

When I purchased the screen protector I had not intentions of them installing it however one of the supervisors recommended it and they made it seem like they were experts. I was told that my warranty replacement that I didn’t have to go through Zagg but later found out that was not the case. The geek squad warranty is this if they mess up the screen protector while installing it they will continue to get another one until they get it right and to the customer satisfaction. If I would of known that I’m advanced I wouldn’t allowed them to do it but I had already sent my stuff back and paid so I just went with it. Seriously if you set aside sometime and patience anyone can install them things. I seriously only considered it for what I thought I was being told. Well it took the guy 3 try on my iPad and 2 or 3 times on my daughters iPod. It took about 45 minutes which I was wondering why it took so long. But I’m already invested so I just waited. No I won’t recommend this service. If I mess up my screen protector I can just go through Zagg pay the $2.99 for shipping me a replacement.

I decided to have the shield installed by a professional due to the cost of the shield. Easy to schedule.
