Best buy expect properly applied the screen cover to my ipad tat costs 40$. In attempt they did not do properly and they use the new one to fix it properly but they charged only once. -gopi

I had problems with air bubbles with the Shield three times, but every time I brought it in, they replaced it no questions asked. I also liked that they took their time and didn't rush it.

The invisible shield was installed quickly by the Geek Squad in-store. There are no bubbles under the glass... My only problem is that the shield is installed crooked on the ipad. Not only is the mis-alignment visibly crooked... I cannot activate the home button without feeling my finger scrape the edge of the glass shield... I will probably return to BB to see if it can be re-aligned. I suppose the installation depends on the skill of the individual Geek Squad member who installs it.
