They did a great job, no dust, no particles, it is clear and clean.

While I think the charge for the service is high, given the simplicity of the task, I can see why it is so much. After 3 attempts, and more than 30 minutes later, it was finally done right on the 4th try. Since they screwed up the first 3 installations, they kept plugging away until they got it right, at their cost of course. I shudder to think if someone tried this on their own, since only "certified" people are allowed to install it.
