I had the Geeksquad put on my screen protector since you only have one shot of doing it right (and the guaranteed it). The first time it was put on crooked (to the point where a chunk of the screen wasn't covered) and I had to go back (lesson learned--look at it before going home rather than leaving it in the box). The associates were nice and fixed it for me without issue (and I'd do it this way again--only I'd look before leaving).
