This is my second Tablo as I used the original first generation for several years. I find this generation to be significantly better than my original. My only complaint is some of the apps for different streaming devices have some glitches. I'm sure those will be resolved over time. Still waiting for an Apple TV app which is promised in the future.

Love it, so easy to install and program shows I want to watch later.

It’s not all that great, it keeps going out and I have to reset the channels. The antenna is just fine and so is the tv so it has to be the tablo tv box that’s the problem.

Setup is far from “plug and play”. App is not intuitive, and seems to conflict with other apps on Samsung smart TV.

What a great little device if you have a big house you don’t have to run cables from room to room just this little guy connected to the internet and to your antenna download the Tablo and with any streaming device you can get all your local channels very nice

I wish i had known about this sooner. Works great.

1.Easier for my wife to find Over-The-Air stations accessible from the Digital Antenna. Two different TV’s now use an identical process. 2.The Station Guide program has a glitch that allows unselected stations to remain in the guide, cluttering-up the view. Maybe this can be fixed with a software update. 3.Easy to install and use. 4.Online community of tech assistance is nice.

set up instructions were correct, I did need to look up whether one could add to my Roku. Which it does,

Flakey at times. Takes a long time to set up. Nice enough when it works. Requires a strong digital signal and high-quality antenna (antenna from Tablo does not work well and is comparable to a $10 option). Cannot use outside of the home network. Previous Tablo devices sound more flexible and better options.

I've been using this WiFi OTA tuner for a few weeks and it's everything I expected of it, and it works really well with my Roku players and Roku TVs. The only flaw I see so far is the lack of PC support, otherwise it's perfect for my needs. Heck, you can even turn of the LED light from the app. Just a heads up: if the Android app hangs in the middle of the firmware update and never finishes, uninstall the app and reinstall it. The setup will resume again.

at first I was stumped but soon figured it all out with provided video. Once it was connected to the internet it all came together. I've cut the cord with my expensive tv provider and using a $6.00 tv antenna instead. I do miss a recorded show now and then because of a lack of a good antenna signal but I am still a happy camper with my tablo!.

With the detailed step-by-step instructions provided, the device was easy to install and activate. After installing the companion Tablo app on my smart TV, I can locate and select channels to watch live or search for programs to record and watch later. After three weeks it is working quite well.

Really easy to use and a great experience. Would give 5 stars if it supported Windows/XBox as well.

Great device, enjoy recording some OTA shows and some of the extra channels it provides. But I'd suggest a good antenna, I have one that seems to be affected by weather at times. It was easy to set up, and hook to my WIFI. Downloading the app is easy as well

TABLO works great at capturing your local on-air television channels

Overall i really like the setup and functionality. But every recording i tried to watch would all the sudden freeze, and then skip to the end. I bought this specifically to watch college football. I would be right in the middle of the game, and then it would freeze up and skip to the end. So i would have to close out, reopen, and fast forward and try to find where i was at previously to continue watching. This happened several times on each recording, and on every recording i scheduled. Returned it and will be trying another option.

This is the third Tablo device I’ve gotten. The first two didn’t work properly, so I sent them back. But the third time has been a charm. I added a flash drive for extra storage.

This device works quite well considering I have a forest in my backyard. I receive 30 over the air channels in stable fashion. Roku and Tablo are connected to my router with high quality cables. The flat antenna is mounted outdoors between the window glass and screen. I used fishing line to fasten the top of the antenna to the screen. I protected the 5mm antenna cable with bicycle inner tube to allow for window closure over the top of it!

Its a great over the air DVR. We finally cut the cord with Dish Network, and i wanted something to record my shows over the air. It works great! My only complaint is that i wished there was a way to recover an accidentally deleted show. But other than that, i like it. I would recommend the Tablo.
