Overall, it works well but it has few flaws. The guide window can't be viewed will also showing current show. If you are not careful about exiting the each time, it locks. You then have to do a forced stop. After which it will load right.

Some issues with signal cutting out while streaming, but generally picks back up with minimal loss in streamed content. Totally solves my problem of being able to watch broadcast football games without paying an arm and a leg for cable. App is functional, definitely worth the price, given it's equivalent to a single month of cable TV.

I live out in the Country in Ohio and it works great I have over 100 channels no complaints here. I have had no trouble with picture and recording works smoothly. This is a great buy. If anyone has questions let me know.

I am saving much money by using Tablo instead of cable TV! I am happy that I can get all the channels I want. Even many I will never use. But it did not work for first 2 days. And it sometimes stops working for no apparent reason. But overall, I am happy!

So sorry I wasn't able to use it, I have a Vizio tv, and Tablo isn't compatible with my tv. I have to return it

If you have a good to medium antenna this product is for you to avoid paying for cable. Lots of channels and free recording.

This basically is an inexpensive OTA Tivo DVR but the Tablo software /app isn't great but it is free. Wish that the App was native to Samsung TV and even though it says it works with Apple tv the app isn't ready yet. But for the price it's decent. Bottom line this device is as good as the over the area reception you get.

I’ve owned a few OTA DVRs and after a few months can say that this is the best one so far. Setup was fairly easy, I did have to unplug and restart once. I have it in an upstairs room near my antenna and have no trouble using on any TV in my house with the Tablo TV app. No subscription needed. Interface is pretty simple to use. The guide is familiar and is easy to read and set up recordings. The only problem I’ve had so far is when I try to sort channels by favorites. The guide doesn’t always reload and leaves me with an empty grid. So I leave it on the standard setting. I get the best signal with this DVR. With other DVRs, I have a few channels that I can get sometimes. With this, I get all my locals with a clear picture and no interruptions. I’m very happy I bought this and will keep an eye out for future generations from Tablo.

Location is key to reception quality. Purchased because located in city with nearby medical centers, low lying surrounded by taller buildings, not much better than over air reception but about 50 more channels that I wouldn't have used anyway (religoius, SAP, online shopping). May be better in rural or pristine location in city. Navigation easy.

Very easy to setup, easy to use, working great. Such a great option with $0 additional costs to handle ota broadcasts. No lag, great app. Get the right antenna for your location. Used with Roku, fire tv, and google tv. Really satisfied.

This is the best over the air recorder I have ever purchased. It is so east to setup and use.

Does everything I want it to do! Great for recording OTA shows.

Pleased with the function of this device. However I wish it was more user friendly as well as connecting to the tv.

So far it has preformed as expected, but we will see once we start recording.

Tablo works great. It has saved me so much money. I’m so happy I purchased this product.

This is my second Tablo as I used the original first generation for several years. I find this generation to be significantly better than my original. My only complaint is some of the apps for different streaming devices have some glitches. I'm sure those will be resolved over time. Still waiting for an Apple TV app which is promised in the future.

I've had the Tablo for a few months now and was worried about the purchase because some of the reviews. For me, it's been absolutely perfect for my needs. I bought a nice antenna, hooked it up and have been happily watching HD local channels on TV's throughout my house. DVR works great too. Very pleased with it

This did not work for me it would not get started to stream and movies just didn’t work

1.Easier for my wife to find Over-The-Air stations accessible from the Digital Antenna. Two different TV’s now use an identical process. 2.The Station Guide program has a glitch that allows unselected stations to remain in the guide, cluttering-up the view. Maybe this can be fixed with a software update. 3.Easy to install and use. 4.Online community of tech assistance is nice.

HAVE TO REBOOT ONCE IN AWHILE BUT WORKS FINE AND ZIP THRU COMMERCIALS. DRV 2 AT SAME TIME AND WATCH 3RD STATION.HAVE LOCAL AND FREE STATIONS THAT COME WITH IT 90+ STATIONS
