The set up was easy, it stays connected to my internet. The quality of the playback is great. This is a must if you still want to record local channel programs.

Worked as advertised. Easy setup and good program guide for accessing channels. Easy access for recording programs. The free 14 day program is very good for recording future date programs.

No more cable or streaming for local stations. MUCH easier to navigate, record... than Hulu! Purchase, set up up for Tablo & an antenna. No monthly charges!

This device’s ability to select, watch or record anything coming over your antenna is dependent on its guide being A) available and B) accurate. Since the Tablo guide is constantly missing data, displaying junk data or outright inaccurate data it’s unusable for it’ intended purposefrequently. Additionally, this device runs scarily hot and regularly loses some or all of it’s functions. Save your money until something less bug infested cones along. If you buy this you’re paying $100+ for the privelege of beta testing a device that should never had been allowed by Tablo to be sold. A frustrating unreliable mess. Zero stars. Stay away.

Works good but sometimes takes a minute or two to connect to the smart TV. It takes not like just turning to the TV tuner and having it come up so plan a few minutes to connect to your live transmission.

The Tablo has performed very well! I’ve had to keep relocating the antenna but feel it’s been worth it for the number of channels I’ve been receiving. I’m pleased that I’m able to get most of the local channels.

Easy to set up and works well with my Roku. Wish we were able to access recordings remotely when away from my home Wi-Fi, but sadly, you cannot. Still worth a 5-star review.

Former BBY employee, needed a dvr for ota broadcasts. This does the job about 90% of the time. Sometimes doesn’t record the show at all after successfully doing it other times. Sometimes the video and the audio don’t match, too. Had I known what I know now, I would have purchased a different manufacturer, since this apparently has major glitches.

Excellent alternative to drilling through top plates and bottom plates however can be a little glitchy at times which I would imagine will be cleared up through updates. Overall happy with it.

Tablo replaced my Air TV that worked will with Sling but was unable to pull in signals consistently. I lost a number of Football games. the Tablo does a much better job pulling in and holding over the air channels.

The Tablo DVR works well. It took 4 hours to install it, due to an error on my part. I had to call tech support and install it all over again. But once installed it works. Installation is not very user friendly. I don't have a smart TV so installation was done using the Roku stick and my tablet. Now Tablo TV appears as a channel on the Roku stick. Everything is done through WiFi since Tablo has no HDMI cable. It has no remote either. The Roku remote does everything.

Wasn't what I needed. Was a little hard to set up and took a while.

Beats paying high cable bills. There is some lag time between functions but now that they fixed (kind of) the roku issue with a workaround itdoes what I hoped for at a great pricepoint

Very easy setup and easily connected to my other tv. But it showed weak channels and it was so hard to get out of that screen and time consuming.. . Great idea but didn't like enough to keep it.

In general, great. The only issue I have, and it might not even be Tablo's fault, is that some of the main channels, like Los Angeles' KABC, won't receive.

This is the third type of OTA device I’ve had and this is the best one so far as being able to get all the OTA channels in my area. No problems with recording programs.

I bought this watch and record network tv. Set up was easy. The guide which alerts you to new episodes. No need to pay cable bills or streaming services to watch and record.

It’s probably the cheapest set up out there. Dependability is maybe 50% and dropping by the month. Have owned this for about 8 months. Customer support is very difficult to access. I’ve tried numerous times have been unable to get a response. I guess it really is true-you get what you pay for.

took awhile to set up. would not have purchased but new discounted price. took some time to order and purchased product thu Best Buy
