I've had this for less than 6 months, it's a piece of junk. It lags, have the time it shuts off for no reason, when it does work it's very buggy. They need to refund peoples money and shut down this company. It's total garbage.

Feels like this one was rushed to market, a big attempt at collecting data and pushing out streaming-related advertisements. The OTA channels work okay, but they require an active internet connection, for some reason. The HDHomeRun tuner is probably your better bet.

Sorry you're running into that.
We recommend connecting your Tablo to Ethernet if possible. If not, Wi-Fi troubleshooting may help. If your router is dual-band, try connecting your Tablo to the other one.

After a few months of using it, there are a lot of times when it just spins and won't play the shows or plays the video and then the video freezes after 15 seconds while the audio continues and it will happen over and over.

Instructions says it must be powered on all the time even over night so I left it on the first night. Thursday morning turned on TV and all I had was a spinning circle from Tablo. I unplugged it and still nothing. Called Customer Support and get a recording stating no one is available. So all I can say is trying to get help when something is wrong isn't easy. I may be taking it back for a refund.
