    It's ok we still got to get it set up correctly, the directions weren't real specific but in all we like for right now we watch it thru my Roku.

    It doesn't work on my LG TV. It doesn't work on my ThinkPad X1 (Windows 11). It only works on my tiny iphone 12. This is horribly disappointing. I shouldn't need to jump through so many hoops to get a product to work.

    Worthless! Issues with small green screen just about from the start. Customer service is unresponsive. Gets fixed one day and is back to being worthless the next day. I have requested a refund from manufacturer several times but was told NO. Why does it work some of the times and not others? The additional channels they claim you get are nothing but shopping channels and news. Not Best Buy's problem - it's the manufacturer's issues not worked out before marketing. Would never buy again NOR recommend!

    I was led to believe that it would work on all my devices, found out that laptops are not included. I have issues with buffering on the TVs thru Roku, using Roku with other apps such as Disney and Amazon Prime have no problem with buffering. So currently my cell phone is the only thing it works on.
