It's really great for cordcutters. I love the fact that it provides a channel guide similar to cable, which shows whats on, on the over the air antenna. The guide is also used to set up, up to 50 hours of recordings. And the best feature, there is no monthly fees for all these features!

It will run ok for about 10 minutes, then crash back to Roku, and you have to start over. Seems to run ok on Android app. Your mileage may vary.

If you do investigate Tablo again, just know that a compatible streaming device may help your TV work with the 4th Generation Tablo.

A few months my old Tablo started having problems. Customer service was useless. Took almost 2 months for them to determine mine wasn’t fixable. They suggested I purchase one of their new generation models. They changed their new generation model to require connect to the internet. Although the Unit set within a foot of the router It kept searching for a signal during shows. Also the tuners are not as good as my 2017 tv. Couldn’t Get stations I typically watch on antenna. Talking to support again was useless. Answer was that’s the Way it works. I do not suggest this product.

Easy to set up but when it scanned for local channels, none of my local channels (Fox, NBC, CBS or ABC) were found. Went thru the set up multiple times and aimed at different broadcast towers to capture network channels with no luck. Will be returning to get my money back

Great little DVR

With extra channels included with the unit o have around 75 channels total. The 2 weeks of program guide is very nice. Wifi was easy to set up and using this device, no hookup was needed to be done with the TV . I just had to download the Tablo app. Great purchase.

One thing that I can say is I enjoy watching the old T.V. shows that I use to watch back in the days. I highly recommend everyone to purchase this device to have in your home.
