It now won't recognize wi-fi and I can only use it if it's directly plugged into the ethernet. It worked fine until now. Tech Support hasn't done much to help. I won't be getting another one and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

What a joke, they should put that on the box. So not I have to return it, what a waste of time.

You have to get warranty service through Tablo. Much easier to get service if you buy directly from Tablo. When it works it is a nice OTA solution, when it doesn’t, Tablo is there-to argue with you for endless hours before they agree to 'tell their supervisor your concerns'.

They then spent the evening trying to fix it online. I returned it for a full refund and bought something else. To bad really, because the App was cool and the concept is great.

No longer have quick guide with down button, and last channel option. I have actually gone back to using the Tablo quad, but will keep this new one in case updated firmware restores functionality.
