By the time the Air channels signal went thru the antenna, to the Tablo device, then thru a Roku device and back to the TV, the few channels that were still available were tiling so that the picture couldn’t even be made out. I returned the product for full refund.

To think that it offers free movies and tv and has a TV guide and all for less than one months DirecTV. It is a bargain even if I don't use it regularly.

Also it has (2) tuners so I can record (2) differnt shows at the same time. I like recording movies when I'm in bed and watch them another time.

Don't waste your money - couldn't make the app on my phone work for set up, then it worked but when I downloaded the app on my smart tv, that didn't work. When I used the app on the Roku, the picture quality was lousy and only worked right sometimes. Save your money.

Excellent product, functioning as well as a Tivo, of which I would consider the best. An excellent buy for $99.00.

I have tried an earlier version and kept having problems with the hard drives failing but this one appears to be much more stable.

Posted .Tablo makes use of a TV antenna to push over-the-air TV and 100+ streaming channels to every compatible device in your home. It can also record around 50 hours of video for most of these, more if you attach an external hard drive.
Any TV antenna can work with it.

Hooked Tablo by wifi to wifi and while it took 45 min or so to complete connection & downloads has worked well since. Still trying to determine if ethernet connection is viable.
