I spent a total of over four hours on the phone with tech support and basically all I got was try again. Then when I was told to run installation "slowly" like we have control over that I returned it.

Reluctantly had to replace with 4th Gen. Takes way to looong to start up - way over 1 minute many times. You miss the start of the show when you move to tablo from a steaming seevice.

It requires an account and Internet connection so they can sell your viewing. They also locked thos down from being able to ise 3rd party servers like plex. Do yourself a favor and buy the hdhomerun

I have had tablo before. It was always kind of buggy but never like this. Don't buy this.
