The last Taken ended on a happy note, singing lessons. It appears the daughter did not make the cut since this next episode finds the family in Turkey on holiday. Given the revenge mentality of some folks, the story takes us on another "let's get this guy because he killed my son" saga. Never mind the son was an unrelenting murderer and human trafficker. The story moves good . Mr. Neeson is great actor. He just needs a script to match his talent.

If you want a quick fix for some action and thrills, then this is the movie for you. Just like the first Taken, the storyline flows somewhat the same. The action is fast paced and makes for a decent movie, but if you are looking for good acting and a intricate storyline I would not recommend this movie. Plus the extra shirt is pretty cool. If you get the set on sale it is a good buy.

This was a good action movie. I really liked the fact that the same actors were playing the main characters in this sequel ... Liam Neeson, Famke Janssen, & Maggie Grace. (To me, sequels just aren't as believable when the actors playing the main characters are different from those in the original film.) If you enjoyed watching Taken, you'll probably enjoy Taken 2, as well.

I enjoyed Taken. It was one of the best films I've seen, so I was anticipating the second one. The second was not a bad film (why I gave it five stars), but it was not like the first one. The first one was a complete adrenaline piece all the way through. Taken 2 lacked some of the elements of the first but had some other good things, especially the driving scene. The fight scene at the end looked orchestrated. It could have been better.

LIam neeson is back and this time it's his wife that's in trouble. Kicking butt and taking names he goes on his stereotypical rampage of mayhem. but this time it just feels strained and worn out. still fun for an action flick , but nothing to blow your socks off

Great sequel to an awesome movie. The unrated version is even better than the theatrical version. First movie may be a little better. This one doesn't offer a whole lot that's different, but that's certainly not a bad thing! Overall great movie and definitely recommend for any fan of the first one.

This movie literally takes off from where it left off in the first Taken, and its non-stop thriller, although predictable with some amazing scenes. Highly recommended if you are a fan.

Great fun. Tons of fun. Not as good as the first but still fun.

I just can't wait to have this DVD again thank you I hope there will be Taken 3 ...

the movie was good from start to finish. the plot was as good as the 1st one. its lets you see what happened after he got his daughter back. if you ever wondered what happened after the hero saves the day well this answers

Purchased part one and wanted to buy part two after watching it. Almost as good as part one and liked how it ties in together. Good action scenes and dialogue. Liam Neeson does a great job again.

Taken was a good movie and then Taken 2 just made it even better. Some people thought the idea was just repeating the first one, but Neeson can just go into full buttkicker mode. Great movie.

Taken 1 is still the best but this is a good movie.

if you are looking for some action without the need for an in depth plot that makes you challenge the way you live, then watch the film.

I loved the first Taken and was so excited when this came out. It did not disappoint! Great action the whole way through!

I really really enjoyed Taken, but the sequel is really just not that good. Just the pure fact that it's basically the same premise as the first one is a little hard to stomach, but on top of that it's just not a good movie. Without giving any spoilers let's just say some of the stuff that happens in this movie is way too unrealistic. If you wanna see a good movie watch the first Taken movie.

Overall this was a great action movie especially if you like Liam. Don't expect it to be as good as the first though

I'm a fan of Liam Neeson so I pretty much like any movie he's in... I just wonder who their gonna "take" next!

I really liked the first Taken. Thought it was one of the best action movies I had seen in a while. Nothing to flashy just very gritty with great action sequences. The sequal is good and follows the same basic plot of the first but I thought some of the scenes just fell a little flat and didn't gave the same impact as the first one. Still enjoyed this movie though.

I was wondering if a sequel would be any good. I loved Taken 2. Very entertaining, fun to watch.
