Tough, ergonomic, aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately, someone else loved it just as much if not more than me in my last United flight. Seriously? Who steals a water bottle on a crowded airplane in flight? That's a big risk, but someone felt this water bottle was good enough to take it. And you know what. I'd have to agree. This water bottle is worth stealing. If I ever get the chance, I will steal one back.

One flaw is that the silicone parts in the lid are difficult to keep clean. I disassemble it after each use and clean it with hot, soapy water, but it still has a grayish look where it's trying to get mildew...

The thought was to get some help becoming acquainted with the computer as I haven’t had one in a while. My “training” was not as complete as I needed, no follow up was scheduled, and they are scheduling for next February! Quite disappointed with the lack of help.
