It doesn’t spill at all which is amazing. It sure does keep the liquid at whatever temperature your pore it at.

I ended up returning it and getting one from a different company that is 84oz because I figured I'd try to be closer to half my body weight with water for oz to lb but the one I got was 40 and I don't remember the price of this one right now.
