It does keep liquids either ice cold for a very long time or hot for a very long time. I love this water bottle because it has a stainless steel interior and the bottle is easy to clean.

Truly keeps your drink super cold for hoouurrssss. I left it at work, came the next day and there was still unmelted ice in the bottle. Going to buy the smaller bottle as well.

Game temps sometimes over 100 degrees and I still have ice even after multiple games. Haven't used it for hot drinks so no comment on that.
