had to return quit working first day, charged again worked for next run then wouldn't work next time, got new pair loses connection once in a while so far still working

The sound was good but the earphones would fall off whe I moved around. Since theyRe not adjustable, they didn’t work for me.

They are not as rugged as they seem to be, these didn’t last long and we had to go with a different brand after a few months.

Bought 2 of them. Had to return one within couple months. It quit working. Then the other also quit working. Need to call company for replacement.

You get what you pay for. Poor sound quality. Battery didn’t hold up. Not worth the purchase.

Callers cannot hear when I use the microphone, also lots of static

I have had a number of wireless (Bluetooth) earbud devices over the years, and like many of the wireless earbuds on the market today the TaoTronics - TT-BH12BB Wireless Earbud Headphones serves a specific purpose. These wireless earbuds are great to wear while working out, jogging, or engaging in out-door activities. Battery Life & Charging Time: TaoTronics states that the device has up to 8 hours of play time, however in my experience the play time is closer to 6 1/2 to 7 hours. TaoTronics states that the device has a 1.5 hour charge time and this seems to be very accurate. Keep in mind to only use a 5 volt charging doc when charging the wireless earbuds. Sound Quality: The sound quality while listening to music or during a call is relatively good for the price and there are several earbud tip sizes to provide the user with a more comfortable experience while wearing the wireless earbuds. Ear-hook: The flexible ear-hook is comfortable and fits the ear well, however the ear-hook is not ideal for users who wear glasses. For those who wear glasses just be mindful of titling your head down to quickly as the ear-hooks displace the position of your glasses slightly, which could cause your glasses to fall off. Paring: Pairing of the wireless earbuds with an Apple and/or Android device was very easy and the wireless earbuds allow you to pair up to 2 devices at one time. Switching between devices is a process. If the wireless earbuds are connected to another device, you'll need to disconnect them from that device before you connect to your secondary device. The Controls: The controls on the wireless earbuds are easy to use, however reaching up and/or over to access the controls on the small cable can be trying while working out or while engaging in other activities, due to the fact that the cord can shift or move around while being active. Of course this is minimal and would depend on the user's preferences. The Microphone: The only downside to these headphone is the microphone placement and/or quality. Many of the people that I have spoken to while using these wireless earbuds have expressed that it is difficult to hear me from time to time. Range: TaoTronics states that the Bluetooth range is 33 ft. This will vary depending on where you are and what obstructions (i.e. walls) are between you and your phone or your connected device. USB Charging Cable: The USB Charging Cable is very short in length, approximately 8 inches. Cable Clip: The wireless earbuds come with a cable clip to shorten up the cable, which prevents the cable and earbuds from swinging around as much while being active. Durability: These wireless earbuds are durable, however they are not sweat-proof. TaoTronics calls these wireless earbuds splash proof and I am unsure of what this really means as there is no clearly defined meaning. Travel Pouch: The wireless earbuds come with a very small travel pouch which is convenient. Instruction Guide: The instruction guide is easy to read and well written. Limited Lifetime Warranty: The wireless earbuds come with a limited lifetime warranty, however no warranty information is contained in the instruction guide with the exception of this statement: "please contact the seller for return and warranty issues." Packaging: The packaging of the wireless earbuds is durable. Summary: With all of this being said, I would recommend these wireless earbuds to those who are seeking to use wireless earbuds while working out, jogging, or engaging in out-door activities, however I would not recommend these wireless earbuds if you are seeking to use them only for calls as the microphone quality and positioning is not the greatest.

I am really disappointed with this purchase. Sound goes in out. Although, I think Best Buy resold the product because it was missing the additional ear pieces and the packaging seal was broken. Last time ordering online/pickup in store.

I'm a research overkill kinda person. Before I purchase I research the item on Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart etc. There are hundreds of wireless earbuds on the market...from $9.99 to $399 plus! I own about 15 pairs of headphones...over the ear, on the ear, earbuds....all wired except for my Cowin E7 Pro's which I love. These Taotronics are a great buy! They fit my ears perfectly without changing the tips. The over the ear arm feels great and while at the gym lifting weights, riding bike or on the treadmill these buds do not move at all. Very comfortable and great fit. The wire between the buds is the right length, just enough to go around the back of your head...so there's no bouncing of additional wire which can be annoying. The full charge is quick, about 1.5 hours and I'm getting 7+ hours of music play on about 80% volume from my iPhone. Build quality is great. Obviously plastic but nothing is loose or feels cheap. Buttons (3) on the wire click when clicked and feel fine. On full volume from my iPhone they are loud with no distortion....I go up to about 80%. My girlfriend told me there was some sound leakage but not annoyingly so....at 50% volume she could hardly hear the music whilst sitting next to me....so that's awesome. What I like best about these buds is - 1. They sound awesome! There's bass, mids and highs and all in the right proportion. The bass is there but no overwhelming like my Girlfriends Beats. You can hear all the instruments and the vocals are crisp and strong...you can clearly hear the lyrics! I listen to rock, EDM, electronic, dance/pop etc. groups like Depeche Mode, Journey, Led Zepp ABC, Spandau Ballet etc... These earbuds sound so good when listening to these Genre's and groups. They also look great on the ear. 2. The way they fit. Extremely comfortable. They do not move at all while wearing them. Overall - for $39.99, these are an excellent buy. Sure there are more expensive earbuds out there...but are they worth the extra money? for better sound? or just to have a bigger brand/label? Nope! I highly recommend these.

They stopped working after two weeks. Just wouldn't come on anymore

Audio cuts in and out. Audio poor quality. Put phone on my arm went for a run and audio kept skipping.

While these would show power when initially charging, they never would power on once removed from charge cable. Had to return.

Bought these less than a month ago for running purposes. They are described as sweat proof. They have already quit working.

Too pricey for the value of sound or durability. Had to purchase twice because of the cheap materials

Gave them to my younger daughter who had more patience with bad connection and battery life

I am a regular gym goer and I do a lot of running and intense workouts. I get sweaty and move a lot basically, so I rely on wireless bluetooth headphones. I was using the wireless beats but they randomly stopped working for me. I needed a new pair but didn’t want to shell out money. I randomly chose these at best buy based on the price and the 8 hour longevity after a full charge. I love them!!! They stick in my ears so well and block out outside noise. I ran for 3.5 miles and they didn’t slip out once. This was with the buds that came on them, but there is several extra pairs. They aren’t the most clear, beautiful sound I’ve ever heard but they produce pretty good sound; comparable to my beats in sound quality. easy to use and comfortable. I haven’t tested the battery length yet but they have been functioning normally for me. For $30 I feel like these are amazing deal, I like them better than my $100 beats because those wouldn’t stay in my ear. I never write reviews for anything but I was so excited about these I wanted to write one.

Only worked for about a week , then stopped working with Bluetooth.

I’m big into Bluetooth headphones. I absolutely hate wired plug in headphones. I got myself some Sony extra bass over the ear Bluetooth headphones (MDR-XB650BT) and I love them a ton. But, I wear fedoras a lot and those headphones don’t work with those hats. I have searched for weeks for a comparable pair of in ear Bluetooth earbuds. I didn’t want to pay $80 for a pair. I wanted a cheaper pair that would compare. I knew that would be hard, but I searched. Finally came across these. Never heard of the brand before, but reviews were really good so I decided to give them a try. Let me tell you, these are amazing. For $40, these are fantastic. Being a jazz musician I like to hear all the sounds clearly. Not only do these headphones bump almost like my extra bass headphones, but they kill out most ambient noise (I can’t hear the engine or road noise when driving my 80s Sentra) and I can pick out the individual instruments. These are also incredibly light, you could forget you had them on. Overall, I’d highly recommend these as a wallet friendly alternative to even beats Bluetooth earbuds. I’m blown away.

Omg! So so good! Amazing sound quality! Amazing price! The quality is much better than the price entails! I'm so sad I lost them, they worked perfectly for all 3 years! I also have rather small ears and they had enough options for bud size that they could fit comfortably for me!

I've had a hard time finding earphones that fit around my ear without falling off and have great sound. These fit, sound is great, and I like the little bag it comes with to pack away in gym bag. Easy connect & charge too.
