I plugged my apple headphones to the jack connected to my iphone inside the backpack but I couldn't hear my music, it was really bad. Other than that, the backpack hasn't had any problem.

I got a refund and did another order hoping the first item ordered was a mistake on their end. It turns out the pictures are not what the actual product was.
