Generally speaking it is a good bag for the price, but having only on main compartment is definitely a minus since you can't organized as much.

This backpack is fine if you don't care about the audio jack. I plugged my apple headphones to the jack connected to my iphone inside the backpack but I couldn't hear my music, it was really bad. Other than that, the backpack hasn't had any problem.

Didn’t get the actual backpack I ordered. I got a refund and did another order hoping the first item ordered was a mistake on their end. It turns out the pictures are not what the actual product was. Not worth it if the item is not as described.

Overall it is a good back pack, but needs a little more space for folder or 8.5 x 11 papers.

The padded section for the laptop was too wide. (It could have held 3 laptops/notebooks.)

I wanted to return the item but couldn't coz Best Buy return policy is 15 days. I wasn't aware of that policy. I thought I have 30 days to return it. I decide not to buy from Best Buy because of this new return policy.

Seriously, Who makes a laptop bag which is not waterproof..:( I was out for work and it started raining, Thank god I did not take my laptop that day, but all my documents got drenched..There should be a notice for caution saying not waterproof..Extremely disappointed..

This Targus backpack is a hit or miss depending on your needs. On the plus side, it is light weight but durably constructed. The pack is rather stiff due to the strong materials used. Unlike a Swiss Gear bag, which is already noticeably hefty with nothing in it, this pack when filled with belongings will not weigh you down. I don't dread carrying it with me on a long walk unlike the Swiss bags. However, the trade off is this pack has significantly less storage capacity compared to a Swiss bag. There is only one main compartment, no secondary compartment for your books or power adapter, etc. Everything goes into the large compartment with the laptop. It is pretty narrow in there as well, you can probably fit 1 textbook comfortably along with your laptop. There is a smaller tablet compartment jutting on the front of the bag, but I would have preferred if they just made this a full-fledged secondary compartment. Good news is there are four additional smaller compartments after that. The pack has no mesh drink holder which I find a huge nuisance. Most people carry some sort of beverage, but your going to have to hold it by hand as there is nowhere in this pack to store it. Overall, this is a good pack if you want light-weight but durable design, but has a couple of huge flaws. If you don't need to carry much else besides your computer and accessories, this is a contender. If you want to carry a ton of stuff, look elsewhere. I have my Swiss pack for when I need to go on a long trip, this one I use if I know I'm just going to take my laptop, the charger and maybe a book to the library or coffee shop.

I absolutely love this backpack. Its lightweight and comfortable for me to be carrying around all day. I love the headphone jack on the strap. I wish that there were 2 large pockets instead of 1, but there is still plenty of room for me to fit my laptop and my textbooks. I got it on sale for $19.99 so it's even better.
