    My charger broke in the middle of a business trip to Hawaii and I was desperate. All online services would take a week to deliver, and WalMart, etc. didn't have the special tip that I needed, but I called Best Buy and they had the Targus in stock. It came with a number of tips, including my special one, was reasonably priced and the sales person was extremely knowledgeable (a rarity at stores other than Apple). Great product, great experience.
