My HP notebook charger was lost. This unit works great for what I needed. I have also used it to power some different notebooks in a pinch with no problems. I highly recommend this power adapter. Targus is a respected manufacturer and for good reason.

This charger is great! My old one's wires got rough, so this one comes in handy, giving me flexibility with the small port attached the the charger cable to switch between different ports and not worrying about the wire breaking there.

This was purchased because I misplaced my original charger. Of course, right after I bought it, I found the original charger so it was returned but I always count on Best Buy for my electronics and accessories.

This charger has a limited set of adaptors included. Otherwise, it is a well made product. I have bought other brands that included more adaptors, including the larger one that fits my laptop.

Easy to install. Provides reliable power to my laptop at a cost much cheaper than brand name power supplies. I generally like to leave one installed at home and have one for travel in my laptop case.

The charger did charge my laptop, but the plug was loose where it was connected to the laptop

This power adapter works as described. When I bought this, the correct adapter tip for my laptop was not included in the package. I contacted Targus support and they sent me the correct tip no charge.

I thought this was overpriced and the adaptor didn't even fit, although it was advertised as able to.

Dogs I tell ya. They chew right through any cord they possibly can. Luckily this product has your back and will do what you need it to.

I wish the tips fit in more securely onto the cord. The cord frequently falls off the tip while it's charging. But on the whole it does what it is supposed to do. That's all I asked of it.

This replacement power cord was very easy to put together and offered a wide variety of different sized ports. There is even a USB cable included, which is rare to find.

While the cord is working fine at present, it is wrapped so tightly that it never straitghtens out. When stretched, it looks like an old-fashioned telephone cord, but without flexibility, and thus creates multiple weak points. Am already saving up to buy another as this one isn't likely to last long. This is not a Best Buy issue but a manufacturer issue.

Great product, only thing is you have to take your computer to the store when buying the cord. I had to return 2 before giving up and took my laptop to make sure it fit

This is a great power adapter and best part is you can use the same wire for multiple device, obviously one by one :)

I bought this and the tip I needed was not included... so I called (liked the flyer stated "free tips, just call" and they told me the could not get me a simple HP tip from an older model... fortunately, I found once with another charger... also I found it to be more expensive than others
