It was not holding a charge so I popped in to the staff at Geek Squad and they determined I needed a new charger. Since it was not in the store or anywhere close they ordered for me. Told me it wouls be 14 days but it actually came in 2. LOVE THE GEEK SQUAD, Almost time to renew my contract.

Item didn’t work and I wasn’t able to return it because it was longer than 15 days after purchase. Return date seems way too short and policy is not apparent. Though I don’t recall this, the customer service person said the policy is usually verbally stated.
