I received prompt and pleasant service from the Best Buy sales person and was in and out the store. The only issue I had was the over-pricing for a replacement charger.

Needed to replace my adapter while on a work trip. This worked perfectly right away, and has been working just fine for months now. I suppose the LED is a little bright at night, but I just turn it upside down.

Purchased this AC Adapter to charge my laptop which needed to have the battery replaced but at this time I can't afford it and will use the AC Adapter to charge my laptop.

Works fine but the adapters fit a little loose into the charging port. For the price, better than those more expensive one's

If it weren't for my coupon I wouldn't have bought it from Best Buy at all, your store has very poor service and I haven't even been getting all my points for my purchases.

Easy replacement unit for both my Toshiba and Dell laptops. Solid connection to adapters so it doesn't disconnect as easily as other replacement chargers I've tried.

This is an excellent power supply for either a back up like I use or as a primary power supply in the event your original has died. With the many different tips it can be used with many different laptops.

The choice of plug ins for different brands of computers is very nice so, even though it cost more than I expected, I will be able to use for my next computer purchase!

This was a great item to purchase when I lost the cord to my laptop. It wasn't so pricey that if I found my original I would have been out a lot of money. It works great and now I have an excellent spare.

I like the fact that you can use this on pretty much any laptop but the cord burns out really fast if u use the laptop alot.

Targus - AC Adapter was easy to match connection for the particular device we wanted to charge. The manual narrowed the choice of connector to a manageable number so finding the right one was easy.

The charger does what I need it to do if I don't move my pc. However, it comes apart at both the adaptor connection and the pc connection so that I really cannot use my pc as laptop as easily as I should be able to and I had to replace the entire cord and adaptor set just to relace the one adaptor that was lost because of the loose connection. The Best Buy store no longer sells the individual adaptors so the cost of $59.00 is very high. I will be looking for a different adaptor cord for my Dell PC.

I am very satisfied with the product. The tips that come standard with the product didn't fit my new laptop. Called the number included in the package and they sent me the correct tip right away.

I was worried I was going to have trouble finding a replacement plug for my laptop but at Best Buy associate took me right them and I was out the door and home in less than 1/2 hour thank you!

My laptop is a few years old and I needed a new charger. I went to the dell website to replace it and it was almost $100... Thank goodness I found this one first!

okay for someone who may need all the different adapter heads...i only needed one and may never use the others.

Had the right adapter for my Toshiba laptop. Also had about 10 more for other models. Good quality product. The adapter box stays cooler than the factory one.

the included list helped me find which tip to use for my laptop and i can use it for any future purchases i may make. not any bigger than my original charger so a good replacement purchase

The Targus power pack is the best replacement source I have found. It fits my laptop securely. I have used other comparable products and the Targus brand has provided longer lasting power.
