This item worked ok but wished I would have gotten the product brand instead

It did exactly what it said it would. No more no less.

Great way to charge my electronics but the adapters have a tendency to break quickly.

The manufacturer of the laptop always makes the charger work fine and the connector that attaches to the laptop to charge it works perfectly. But these 3rd party chargers never seem to have the same quality. With the Targus laptop charger, the connector that plugs into the laptop would only charge the device from one position. If the power charger cable was moved at all, the laptop would stop charging. Please understand, the problem is not the cable, it is the connector. This is totally unacceptable. The charger that comes with the laptop never ever has this problem. I am very disappointed in this product and other similar one's that I have tried. To solve this problem, the industry really needs to have one standard power connector for all laptops. They should all copy what Apple has done. Their solution is the best that I have seen. PC makers (laptops) should follow Apple's example.

The package states it will be compatible for a Dell, it is not. For your computer to receive any charge you have to leave the charger plugged in. It doesn't charge your battery. If you unplug the battery your computer shuts off since it left no charge.

Worked well however does not fit all laptops. It serves the purpose.

The charger works. The cord is too shorter than what I am used to.

adapter pieces are to loose when your charging laptop the adapter will slip out if your not careful to keep checking to see if it still plugged in. Many times I have plugged into laptop to charge and adapter piece was not plugged in securely. would not recommend this brand of adapter

Nine possible connectors but none would fit my laptop.

Shortly after using this adapter, the port for the adapter went out on my laptop. I can't say if it was the fault of this adapter or not, but it is cause for concern. Thank goodness my laptop was still under warranty. Also, it just doesn't fit like the original adapter.

It's okay. Make sure that you have the right connector head that goes inside the computer. It' not the best adapter/plug. Not really happy with it. However, it charges up my computer. So for what more did I pay?

Great to have a charging option when your original charger breaks; however the individual adapters do not fit tightly into the port on the computer, so I am constantly checking to make sure it's still plugged in. I would honestly sell this item cheaper.

We moved recently and lost chargers to both of our laptops:( Bought this thinking it should work for both, but at least one. It did not work for either the new or the older HP. Product is well built, just did not work for us.

I bought this product after leaving the cord to my brand new computer in a hotel room. When I plugged it into my laptop the laptop shut down and could not be restarted. I took it in for repairs, but the charger had killed it - it had to be junked. I tried again with a different Toshiba laptop, same result. Maybe incompatibility with Toshiba...but I wouldn't chance it! I ended up spending the $$ and ordering a new cord from the manufacturer. Don't be fooled - you get what you pay for.

The plug for my Gateway fits loosely and it will only charge at certain angles. Guess that's what you get for buying the cheapest one. Kept it since it charges and I don't want to spend more.
