Solid technology, nice upgrade over 2ndgeneration

My wife had two Samsungs in this period, each lasted about 18 months. Apple interface still an issue, doesnt work at all well if you want excel or word in real versions. Duh. As an old part, 67 use it almost a# phone, very visible to read, get texts. Still great battery life but not quite up to ipad 2. Have not required Bestbuy support.
